The Residential Pockets Where Flushing Tanks Live

Broadway-Flushing, north of Northern Boulevard around 162nd Street and Crocheron Avenue, is one of the best preserved residential enclaves in Queens: large detached Colonials and Tudors on generous lots, most built in the 1910s through 1930s.
